The Opportunity

 

Based from our Ringwood office, this is your opportunity to work for our Apprenticeship Connect Provider ACP.

We’re seeking a dedicated individual to play a pivotal role within our National Key Accounts Team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide top-tier administrative support to both our key national customers and the National Accounts team.

Your role will be essential in driving customer retention and supporting ACP’s growth strategy. You’ll be the key liaison, ensuring seamless communication and support between our Key Accounts Team, State Teams, and Central Processing Units (CPU).

Collaborating closely with Key Account Consultants, you’ll have the chance to work across a wide range of industries, including childcare, aged care, hospitality, security, and infrastructure, among others!

 

About you

 

You will be a driven, motivated and passionate professional with a background in administration, sales support or customer service, along with:

• Excellent phone manner when dealing with the internal and external customer
• Proven experience in meeting set KPIs and customer service standards
• The ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team environment and be receptive to change
• Capable of meeting the requirements of a high-volume environment and meeting competing demands
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills with attention to detail
• Ability to understand and interpret applicable guidelines from a Commonwealth and State perspective
• High level of computer literacy is desirable
• Previous experience within an Australian Apprenticeship Support Service (AASS) environment would be highly desirable
• Previous experience within a Support Services environment would be highly desirable
