The Opportunity

Are you a creative and driven Graphic Designer with 3–5 years’ experience in a design studio, ad agency or in-house creative team? We’re looking for someone to join our vibrant Marketing and Communications team in a hands-on design role.

You will work alongside a small, collaborative group of creatives to bring our brand to life across print and digital. You'll use your Adobe skills, eye for detail, and understanding of production processes to deliver high-quality work—on time and on brand.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Design standout visual content for print and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, comms, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
  • Create a variety of assets, including flyers, EDMs, web banners, and motion graphics.
  • Keep quality and attention to detail front and centre in everything you do.

This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, creative environment where your ideas and skills will make a real impact.

About You

You’re a creative, driven Graphic Designer with around 3 years’ experience in a brand studio, agency, or in-house creative team. You bring energy, ideas, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.

What you’ll bring:

  • A qualification in graphic design or advertising.
  • A strong eye for detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Openness to feedback and a team-first attitude.
  • A solid grasp of brand elements—logos, icons, typography, colour, and imagery—and how to use them effectively.
  • Confidence with Adobe Creative Suite and tools for motion/animation.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of print, digital, and motion design work.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving through design, and takes pride in delivering quality work.
