The Opportunity
Based from our head office in Ringwood, this is your opportunity to join our Apprentice Connect Provider division and work with Australia’s largest single provider.
As a Mentor in the Apprentice Connect Provider (ACP) division of MEGT, you will provide exceptional mentoring, practical and pastoral care to apprentices and trainees who may have challenging circumstances to overcome with the aim of improving completion rates. You will also work with women in non-traditional trades to mentor them into employment.
You will also be required to build strong relationships with employers, TAFE, Department of Education Skills and Employment as well as various other stakeholders to deliver an exceptional mentoring service.
This role is highly rewarding and involves a holistic, empathetic, and proactive approach as you guide your clients to persevere through obstacles and help them achieve their career goals.

About you
You will have experience in a similar mentoring or guidance role with significant call volumes and administration experience. You will have demonstrated the ability to engage, respect and support those of diverse demographics and social backgrounds with a strong focus on youth including:
