The Opportunity

As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll play a key role in crafting and executing the recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract top talent across all functions. You’ll work closely with leadership to align hiring efforts with business goals, focus on enhancing the candidate experience, and strengthen our employer brand.

In this role, you'll report to the Manager Human Resources Services and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors. Based in Brisbane, you'll be at the helm of our recruitment efforts, driving strategy and leading the team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your ability to inspire, adapt, and bring fresh ideas will be key as we work together to attract top talent and help people discover their ME at MEGT!

About you

We're searching for a recruitment rockstar with a strong track record in talent acquisition and leadership. You’ll have:

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• A proven track record of developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent across diverse functions.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and data analytics to drive improvements.
• A commitment to building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing talent pipelines.
• A solid understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
• The ability to lead and mentor a team to success.
