The Opportunity
Are you passionate about creating intuitive, inclusive digital experiences that make a real difference? We’re looking for a strategic and user-focused Web and Digital UX Lead to guide the evolution of our web and digital platforms and help shape the future of our digital services. This role is based in Ringwood and reports to the Head of Web and Digital.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development, and continuous optimisation of our digital presence—ensuring it is accessible, engaging, and aligned with the needs of the communities we support. With a strong emphasis on Drupal-based website development, UX-led design, and data-informed decision making, you’ll play a key role in transforming how users experience our employment, training, and workforce development programs online.
About you
You are a strategic, hands-on digital professional with a strong background in user experience and web development. You bring a passion for accessible, data-driven design and the ability to lead digital projects from concept to delivery. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
