The Opportunity
MEGT is on the hunt for an exceptional Human Resources Specialist to join our united, savvy and trailblazing People and Culture team.
This parental leave cover role offers a diverse and rewarding opportunity to support the Manager of Human Resources Services and other leaders within the People and Culture function. You will be responsible for a wide range of Human Resources tasks, projects, and administrative processes, providing essential advice and support to the business.
A key part of the role is balancing your support for leaders and employees with the efficient completion of operational tasks. With a solid understanding of People and Culture practices, you will play a crucial part in improving HR processes and outcomes across the organisation.
Based from Brisbane, Logan or Southport, you will enjoy working independently in a semi-autonomous environment, taking ownership of various HR initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to the achievement of MEGT's divisional goals, including enhancing attraction, engagement, retention, performance, and development of staff.
Please note this is a maximum term 12-month parental leave cover.
