The Opportunity

Based from our Parramatta office this is your opportunity to work for our Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP) Division, Australia's largest and only national ANP. 

Reporting to the Administration Team Leader, you will be an important support role in managing internal and external stakeholders whilst providing excellent customer service and administration support. 

The purpose is to assist and ensure the accuracy of Australian Apprenticeship Trainee contracts, compliance, and the completion of administrative tasks. This exciting role is fast paced, highly rewarding and requires an exceptional eye for detail and passion for supporting your colleagues.

About you

You will have experience in a similar environment ideally within customer service and administration. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team to achieve our clients contractual obligations and in turn support the completion of Australian Apprenticeships: 

  • Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships with various stakeholders including colleagues and clients 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to review contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance 
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to interpret and assess information
  • Proven experience in meeting set targets, KPIs and customer service standards
  • High computer literacy 
  • Efficiency working autonomously 
  • Previous experience in administrative environment desirable 

This full-time fixed-term position is available in line with the AASN contract ending 30 June 2023, with the possibility of extension.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake pre-employment checks which may include a National Police Check, State/Territory Working with Children Check, two reference checks and verify your right to work in Australia.
