Based from our Loganholme location, this is your opportunity to work for our Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP) Division, Australia's largest and only national ANP
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for exceptional internal and external customer service via the phone and email while also providing a high level of administration support. This varied role will involve processing contracts, taking inbound calls, working with job seekers and assisting ANP Field staff in completing their roles.
As a Customer Service Officer role, you will be working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure our customers are satisfied and our business goals are met. This is where one of MEGT’s core values Collaboration will be vital to your success. We know that working together achieves better outcomes, and strengthens our network of business relationships with our clients.
This full-time fixed-term position is available in line with the AASN contract ending 30 June 2023, with the possibility of extension.
