Based from our Southport office and reporting to the Site Lead, this is a great opportunity for a dynamic Customer Service Officer to join MEGT’s Employment Services Division and be part of the Transition to Work (TtW) contract, where we aim to support young job seekers to complete training, education, and/or find meaningful and sustainable employment. The role is to be the first point of contact for our Southport site for face to face, phone, email, and online enquiries, as well as supporting our Coomera site as well. The Customer Service Officer will support the Site Lead and team members with administration and general day to day running of the site.
This role is a parental leave cover until June 2025.

You will be an ambitious, adaptable, and personable self-starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service and administrative assistance to the team in Southport and Coomera. You will also possess:
