The Opportunity 

 

Based in Melton, this role is a part of MEGT’s Employment Services Division which is an employment solutions provider for people that face barriers to obtaining sustainable employment.  The Customer Service Officer role is responsible for providing high quality customer experience for the general public in the delivery of the Workforce Australia Deed.   

The role is to be the first point of contact for a MEGT Workforce Australia site for face to face, phone, email, and online enquiries, as well as to support the Site Lead and team members, in the delivery of the Workforce Australia contract and in the administration and general day to day running of the site. 

  

About you 

 

You will have experience in a similar environment ideally within customer service and administration. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team to achieve our clients contractual obligations and in turn support the completion of Australian Apprenticeships:  

 

  • Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships with various stakeholders including colleagues and clients  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Confidence in dealing with enquiries face to face and managing competing priorities  
  • Proven experience in exceeding customer service standards 
  • High computer literacy  
  • Efficiency working autonomously  
  • Previous experience in administrative environment desirable
