The Opportunity
Join our united Apprentice Connect Provider division, Australia’s largest single provider, and be part of our thriving Mentoring Services team.
Based in Perth, this dynamic Customer Service Officer – Mentoring Services role combines inbound and outbound phone support with administration and compliance responsibilities. You'll play an important role in supporting apprentices, trainees and employers throughout the Australian Apprenticeship journey by:
- Responding to inbound enquiries and returning outbound calls.
- Building rapport and identifying challenges that may impact apprenticeship completion.
- Coordinating referrals and appointments with specialist mentors.
- Managing accurate records, tailored support plans and compliance documentation.
- Helping apprentices and trainees from diverse backgrounds access the support they need to succeed.
About you
You're a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping others and building positive relationships. You will bring:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong listening, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Resilience and confidence handling sensitive or challenging conversations.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with accurate data entry and administration skills.
