The Opportunity

MEGT is looking for a creative, inquisitive and digitally savvy Engagement and Learning Coordinator. This role supports the design, implementation and monitoring of experience, engagement and learning activities in collaboration with the broader Engagement and Learning Team. You will actively contribute to building a learning culture across the organisation by adopting a ‘person-centered’ approach and being an advocate for staff.  A key component of this role will be to support the administration of the Learning Management System and other communication and engagement tools, and act as the subject matter experts across the business to help inform understanding of needs and influence design choices.  

About you

  • Qualification or at least 3+ years’ experience in an administrative, learning or design role either within education, human resources or marketing sectors
  • Experience in the administration of Learning Management Systems is desirable
  • Experience in content design across a range of platforms, mediums and authoring tools is desirable  
  • Experience in facilitation, giving presentations or public speaking, or willingness to learn
  • Proven experience working with collaborative technologies, with an eagerness to learn and proven adaptability to new systems. 
  • The ability to analyse and evaluate available data and information and produce clear and accurate reports. 
  • Experience interacting confidently and professionally with a range of stakeholders to provide an excellent level of customer service. 
  • A positive attitude to embracing challenges and taking initiative to deliver creative and innovative solutions. 
  • Proven willingness and capacity for continual personal development.
