The Opportunity

The MEGT Foundation Team Leader role oversees the year‑round scholarship program, supporting coordinators and ensuring smooth delivery across states. You’ll guide scholar check‑ins, manage volunteer involvement, and handle emerging issues. Key projects include launching an Alumni program, strengthening program guidelines, and improving reporting and CRM systems. You’ll also build external pathways for scholars and lead the mid‑year EOI process for the 2027 cohort. Research into the 2027 program location is part of the scope.

This is a Part-time, Fixed-term opportunity up until 4th December 2026. The ideal candidate will be available to work 2-3 days per week, with flexibility on days.

About you

You bring experience in disability, community, NFP or women’s/migrant support settings, though there are no strict prerequisites. Qualifications or background in Community Services, People & Culture, or Learning & Engagement are an advantage. You’ve led teams and projects, managing people and resources with confidence. You’re empathetic, purpose‑driven, and passionate about supporting women. Above all, you’re engaging, fun to work with, and an exceptional communicator and listener.
