The Opportunity

Based at our head office in Ringwood, this dynamic role reports to the Head of Marketing and plays a key role in strengthening MEGT’s position in market, achieving commercial objectives and optimising the experience of our customers.

As a hands-on marketing generalist, you’ll translate strategy into action, delivering marketing campaigns and programs across a range of touchpoints.

You’ll work collaboratively with internal stakeholders – including our Apprenticeship Connect Provider (ACP), Transition to Work (TtW) and Workforce Australia (WFA) teams – and work closely with external partners and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Head of Marketing, develop the annual marketing strategy for MEGT’s Apprentice Connect Provider and Transition to Work divisions
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of divisional marketing programs and campaigns
  • Translate complex services into clear, differentiated and customer-focused value propositions and compliant messages
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams, agency partners to produce high-quality, on-brand content across a range of channels including: web pages, e-newsletter, SMS, photography & videography, printed collateral, case studies & testimonials.
  • Provide marketing support to divisional teams to enable sales growth and optimise the experience of our customers
  • Ensure the voice of the customer is incorporated in all marketing work
  • Contribute to budgeting, reporting, campaign optimisation and process improvements

About you

  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Experience delivering marketing campaigns and working across multiple marketing touchpoints (e.g. website, social media, events, collateral, merchandise)
  • Proven ability to brief and manage creative and content development with internal teams and external agencies
  • Proven project management skills, with an analytical and operational mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent stakeholder engagement
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving customer experience
  • Experience in NFP or the education or employment sector is highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing
