The Opportunity
This is a hybrid role, based in Adelaide with flexible working from home arrangements.
As a Mentor in the Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP) Division of MEGT, you will provide exceptional mentoring, practical and pastoral care to apprentices and trainees who may have challenging circumstances to overcome with the aim of improving completion rates.
You will also be required to build strong relationships with employers, TAFE, Department of Education Skills and Employment as well as various other stakeholders to deliver an exceptional mentoring service.
This role is highly rewarding and involves a holistic, empathetic, and proactive approach as you guide your clients to persevere through obstacles and help them achieve their career goals.

This full-time fixed-term position is available in line with the AASN contract ending 30 June 2023, with the possibility of extension.
About you
You will have experience in a similar mentoring or guidance role with significant call volumes and administration experience. You will have demonstrated the ability to engage, respect and support those of diverse demographics and social backgrounds with a strong focus on youth including:
