The Opportunity: 
Join our dynamic team as the National Recruitment Partnerships Manager and lead our dedicated team of recruitment consultants within our People & Capability division. Your role involves ensuring seamless daily operations and executing strategies to boost team performance and achieve success.  

This role requires a dynamic leader capable of efficiently managing, implementing, and delivering strategies to meet collective targets. This involves motivating individual staff to reach their set targets and KPIs. 


The roles and responsibilities also include: 

  • Establishing and overseeing a national candidate sourcing strategy that proactively meets seasonal candidate demand. 

  • Continuously reviewing, refining, and implementing candidate sourcing, processing, and recruitment methods to maintain service quality. 

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant national standards and processes for all candidate sourcing, recruitment, placement, and induction activities (e.g. labour hire and GTO national standards). 

  • Coordinate regular staff meetings to assess current performance, address pertinent regional issues and opportunities, and enact any updated company policies and procedures. 


About you:
Demonstrating a track record of success in a comparable role, you are known for your adaptability, tenacity and commitment to innovation. You will find fulfillment in building strong relationships, improving business performance, and ensuring positive outcomes for both Employers and individuals.

You will also have:  

  • Proven track record in effectively managing recruitment teams

  • Demonstrated experience across GTO, Labour Hire and VET sector 

  • Demonstrated proficiency in various candidate sourcing methodologies 

  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment process development and management 

  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to influence others  

  • Strong leadership abilities coupled with adept people management skills.
