The Opportunity

This is a key role within MEGT (Australia) Ltd Recruitment and Management Services Division. The primary focus of this role will be to coordinate and execute the recruitment functions and associated activities, including sourcing candidates and creating Talent Pools for Recruitment Consultants to utilise Nationally.

In the role, you will be required to:

  • Source, select, assess, and coordinate interviews for various positions across all areas
  • Coordinate and manage the pre-interview process from advertisement, job profile template, references check and offer
  • Manage and develop active candidate talent pools
  • Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders
  • Provide information to client and candidates regarding positions and recruitment process
  • Maintain and update recruitment records and system database management
  • Correspond with Job Actives, Schools, Training Orgainsations and stakeholders to assist with candidate attraction
  • Assist with Social media strategies and marketing of vacancies
  • Create accurate and reliable reports of recruitment vacancies and make those reports available to direct manager, updating the system with all associated activities accordingly
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is provided to all customers
  • Complete administrative duties associated with recruitment lifecycle


This is a full-time permanent role operating on a hybrid model of being based at our Ringwood office, with flexible working from home arrangements.


About you

  • Proven experience with high volume end to end recruitment functions within a range of industry sectors
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic relationship development and networking, able to determine and prioritise relationships, balancing short-term gain with long-term considerations
  • Experience and knowledge of job offer processes and related industry regulations
  • Proven ability to effectively market and promote services to industry stakeholders and actively manage those relationships to achieve sustained success
  • Experience with recruitment that has achieved successful outcomes and a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Experience utilising a variety of recruitment systems
  • A minimum of intermediate level of digital literacy across multiple Microsoft suite applications and programs

The successful applicant will be required to undertake pre-employment checks which may include a National Police Check, State/Territory Working with Children Check, two reference checks and verify your right to work in Australia.
