The Opportunity

 

Based from Ringwood, we are on the hunt for a savvy Recruitment Consultant to join our united MEGT (Australia) Ltd Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) Division.

The primary focus of this role will be to coordinate and execute end to end recruitment activity for a wide range of white-collar opportunities. This role partners closely with various organizations to build skills for the future, while attracting and supporting talent to start their careers as a Trainee or Apprentice.

It provides an opportunity to be part of several continuous improvements initiatives across candidate experience, client delivery and process & system design. No two days are the same, with responsibilities including but not limited to;

  • Coordinate and execute high-quality client engagement
  • Source, select, assess and interview a wide range of applicants for various positions ranging across specialisation 
  • Develop strategic and collaborative relationships with business partners and other stakeholders through strong relationship networking 
  • End to end recruitment process from candidate attraction to placement
  • Provide an unmatched candidate experience throughout their career journey
  • Seek out opportunities for candidates as well as our qualified trainee’s and apprentices  
  • Maintain and update recruitment records and system database management
  • Undertake collaborative development and improvement activities with candidates and host employers through measuring performance, providing feedback and recognising achievement

 

About you

 

You will be an energetic, resilient and trailblazing recruiter who thrives in fast paced and ever-changing environment including:

  • Proven experience with high volume and end to end recruitment
  • Comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies including industry regulations
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and evidence-based decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering quality results in line with organisational objectives
  • Demonstrated knowledge of utilising recruitment systems
  • Intermediate level of digital literacy across multiple Microsoft suite applications and programs
  • Current drivers licence or ability to travel
