The Opportunity

Join MEGT’s Employment Services Division as a Site Lead within the Workforce Australia Contract, based in our Werribee office. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team delivering high-quality employment and training services that help participants achieve sustainable education and job outcomes.

  • Provide strong team leadership and operational direction
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships and community partnerships
  • Use data and insights to deliver continuous improvement and exceed targets
  • Drive performance to ensure efficient, high-standard service delivery

 

About You

You’re an ambitious, driven self-starter with proven leadership or management experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service. A strong communicator, you embrace change, drive continuous improvement, and take initiative to meet and exceed customer needs.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience in the Employment Services sector (highly desirable)
  • Qualifications in Employment Services, Career Development, Leadership, Management, or Business (desirable or willingness to work towards)
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills to lead a high-performing team
  • Case management experience or sound understanding of best practice
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and deadlines
  • Insight into participant barriers and the ability to support sustainable outcomes
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • A current driver’s licence and capacity to travel as required
