The Opportunity

Based from our Ringwood Head Office, this is your opportunity to join our Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) team, assisting the National Support Services Manager (NSSM) and Support Services Team Leader (SSTL) to ensure accurate and timely payment of apprentices, trainees and other candidates employed by the RMS Division and MEGT Services, in accordance with the relevant awards, EBA or other legislative requirements.

Working closely with the SSTL, your responsibilities will include:

· Assisting with the preparation and processing of weekly payrolls.

· Assisting with end of month and end of year payroll processes.

· Monitoring and implementing changes to appropriate award and EBA pay and conditions.

· Implementing effective processes and systems to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.

· Collaborating with relevant teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries.

· Fostering positive and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.

Additionally, you will assist with delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience for all stakeholders and will work with the NSSM & SSTL in leading and coaching a team of Customer Experience Support Officers.

 

About you

You will be an adaptable and personable self-starter with a strong commitment to customer service and a passion for continuous improvement. You will also bring:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience within payroll services.

· Experience in managing and developing end-to-end payroll processes in a high-volume environment.

· Excellent customer centre skills with a passion for increasing customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement.

· High attention to detail along with a strong analytical mindset.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and inclusive team approach.
