The Opportunity 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Application Support Analyst to join our close-knit IT Support Team. Reporting to the IT Support Manager, you will provide Level 2–3 technical solutions and support across a wide range of enterprise applications. 

Based in Ringwood, you’ll be a key member of our Service Desk Team, providing Level 2-3 technical solutions that support both current business-as-usual operations and future growth initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless application support, integration, and continuous improvement aligned with our organisational goals. 

Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Deliver expert Level 2–3 application support across cloud and on-premises systems. 
  • Manage MEGT’s SharePoint Online environment and provide ongoing support for collaboration tools like MS Power Apps, MS Forms, and Nintex Forms. 
  • Support business-critical systems including ERP, payroll, CRM (Dynamics 365), ticketing systems, and BI/reporting tools such as Power BI. 
  • Ensure thorough documentation and maintain change control processes aligned with ITIL best practices and ISO 27001 guidelines. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to assess, implement, and review technical solutions. 
  • Facilitate onboarding, training, and resource provisioning for supported applications. 
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, recommending updates to processes and training materials. 
  • Manage MEGT website tickets and coordinate changes to provide excellent customer service.  

 

About you 

You will be a savvy Application Support Analyst who thrives in a customer centric environment, along with: 

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application support, preferably in complex environments 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft technologies including Office 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and MS SQL Server 
  • Solid experience supporting finance systems (ERP, payroll), CRM solutions (Dynamics 365), and service management/ticketing tools 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical detail and strategic thinking 
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to diverse stakeholders 
  • Experience working with IT change management frameworks and maintaining high standards of documentation 
  • Relevant Office 365 certifications or qualifications are highly desirable
