The Opportunity 
 
Based from either Perth or Karratha, this is your opportunity to join our Apprentice Connect Provider (ACP) division and work with Australia’s largest single provider. 
 
Reporting to the QLD State Manager, you will oversee MEGT Field staff and have the responsibility for delivering the sales and stakeholder engagement activities of MEGT’s Australian Apprenticeship Support Service Contract as specified by Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) within their designated region. 
 
This role requires a self-starter who can efficiently manage, implement & deliver strategies to achieve collective targets through driving individual staff to achieve their set targets and KPIs. 
 
About you 
 
You will be a driven and positive manager with a strong background within the sector as well as a passion for building and maintaining internal and external relationships including: 
• Proven leadership skills including experience leading a high performing team in a sales environment 
• Experience in, or an understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector will be highly regarded 
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team to drive, influence and achieve performance, financial and contractual commitments 
• Ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a multi-dimensional environment 
• Capability in implementing client retention strategies 
• Current driver licence or ability to travel
