The Opportunity
Based in either Parramatta or Campbelltown, this is your chance to join MEGT’s Apprenticeship Connect Provider division—Australia’s largest single provider—and make an impact!
As a Customer Service Officer – Central Processing Unit (CPU), you’ll thrive in delivering quality service to our Australian Apprenticeship Support Services customers. This critical role supports both internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
We’re looking for someone savvy, solutions-focused, and ready to work united with our team to achieve outstanding business outcomes. Together, we’ll strengthen client relationships and support Australia’s future workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Refer customers to appropriate agencies like STAs, RTOs, or other organisations as needed.
• Manage your workload, resolving complex issues or escalating when necessary.
• Process paperwork accurately and efficiently, meeting required KPIs.
• Handle administrative tasks in line with contract and internal guidelines.
• Offer advice and support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring contract compliance.
About you
You bring customer service and administration experience, with a track record of professionalism and efficiency. Here's what you’ll need:
• Strong written communication skills, including a professional phone manner and accurate grammar.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to own customer issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolutions.
• Analytical abilities to interpret and evaluate information.
• Self-management, initiative, and workload prioritisation.
• Commitment to confidentiality and continuous development.
• Knowledge of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services Program (desirable).
• Relevant administration qualifications or experience.
