The Opportunity
Based from our Ringwood office, the role of Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing a high-quality customer service experience resulting in leads and/or sign-ups for our Recruitment & Management Service, Employment Services (Work Force Australia & Transition to Work contracts), and our Apprenticeship Network.
The role of MEGT’s Call Centre team is to receive national inbound calls, live chats, and emails, as well as making outbound calls as required. The role also performs reception duties at the Ringwood Head Office to internal and external customers. External customers include both business to business and business to consumer.
Please note that this role is a parental leave cover until May 2025.
About you
You will have experience in a similar environment ideally within a reception, call centre or customer service environment. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to engage, respect and support customers of diverse demographics and social backgrounds with a strong focus on youth including:
