The Opportunity
Based from Ipswich, you’ll be part of a united, fun, and close-knit team delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Your savvy approach will shine as you manage inbound calls, emails, and administrative support, ensuring contracts are processed efficiently and assisting field staff to thrive in their roles.
This dynamic position lets you collaborate with stakeholders, solve challenges, and strengthen MEGT’s reputation by fostering strong relationships and delivering outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone and via email.
Assist with Training Contracts, incentive claims, support loan applications, and related documentation.
Address and follow up customer enquiries within service standards.
Maintain and update customer records accurately.
Support customers with completing program-related forms.
About you
You will be a driven, motivated and passionate professional with a background in administration, sales support or customer service including:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via both phone and email
Ability to build relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
Accurate and efficient date entry skills with a high attention to detail
High computer literacy across various software
Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyse information
Proven experience in meeting set KPIs and customer service standards
Strong initiative and ability to self manage workloads
