The Opportunity

 

Based from our Sunshine location, this is your opportunity to work for our united Apprentice Connect Provider Division, Australia's largest single provider.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for exceptional internal and external customer service via the phone and email while also providing a high level of administration support.

This dynamic role will involve processing contracts, taking inbound calls, working with job seekers and assisting field staff in completing their roles.​

As a savvy Customer Service Officer, you will work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure our customers are satisfied and our business goals are met.

 

About you

 

You will be a driven, motivated and passionate professional who thrives in an administration, sales support and customer service environment including:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via both phone and email
  • Ability to build relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Accurate and efficient date entry skills with a high attention to detail
  • High computer literacy across various software
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyse information
  • Proven experience in meeting set KPIs and customer service standards
  • Strong initiative and ability to self manage workloads
