The Opportunity
Based from either our any of our QLD office locations this is your opportunity to join our Apprentice Connect Provider division and work with Australia’s largest single provider.
You will provide case management and pastoral care to Australian Apprentices as part of Enhanced services under the Australian Apprenticeships Support Services Contract.
All eligible Australian Apprentices will be assessed and have the opportunity to seek support through Enhanced Services. Apprentices identified as requiring higher level support will receive support from a dedicated mentor.
The aim of Enhanced Services is to improve Australian Apprentice completion rates. This role is suitable for an enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys interacting with people and displays a positive attitude will find this a rewarding role.
This role is highly rewarding and involves a holistic, empathetic, and proactive approach as you guide your clients to persevere through obstacles and help them achieve their career goals.

You will have experience in a similar mentoring or guidance role with significant call volumes and administration experience. You will have demonstrated the ability to engage, respect and support those of diverse demographics and social backgrounds with a strong focus on youth including:
