The Opportunity
MEGT is driving towards becoming a future-ready organisation by designing, building, and launching high-quality training and education products that break into new markets. We’re looking for an Education Resource Designer to join our Education Inception Team. You’ll collaborate with the Head of Education Design and Product Enablement to craft innovative and impactful education solutions for a diverse range of customers.
As a core part of our work readiness initiative, you'll help develop educational products that not only enhance our current offerings but also push into new markets. Your focus will be on creating learner-centric, modern training products that transform how we deliver education and bring real, measurable value to our customers.
This role is hands-on and multifaceted, requiring a mix of technical and interpersonal skills. You’ll take ownership of ideating, designing, building, and developing groundbreaking education solutions and courseware while applying contemporary education design principles.
You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, building trusted relationships to understand where you can drive value. Your goal is to bridge internal teams and customer needs, shaping education solutions that propel our strategy forward and deliver results for both our customers and MEGT.
This opportunity is a fixed term contract for 12 months and can be based from either Darlinghurst in Sydney, our Milton office in Brisbane or our head office in Ringwood, Melbourne.
About you
To be successful in this role, the Education Resource Designer should have the following qualifications and experience:
