The Opportunity!

Are you an energetic professional with a passion for business growth and building strong industry relationships? MEGT is looking for a driven Employer Engagement Lead to champion our Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) and Workforce Australia Services (WFAS) across the Western Victoria Metropolitan area.

In this pivotal role, you'll focus on promoting:

• Workforce Australia Services (WFA): Connecting job seekers with sustainable employment opportunities through partnerships with industry, employers, and the community.
• Recruitment and Management Services (RMS): Supporting businesses by providing them with quality apprentices and trainees to meet their workforce needs.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans based on labour market insights, targeting employers, large corporations, and industry sectors.
• Promote MEGT’s services to employers, driving the uptake of apprenticeships, traineeships, and job seeker placements.
• Create and execute innovative marketing strategies and present tailored solutions to new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with MEGT teams to offer employers a seamless ‘one-stop-shop’ service for workforce solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with industry leaders, ensuring MEGT’s services meet evolving market demands.

About You
