The Opportunity 

Based in either our Milton QLD office or Ringwood VIC office as a National Recruitment Coordinator you will be an integral part of our People & Capability, Centre of Excellence Recruitment Team. The role contributes to and supports efficient daily operations to our team of Recruitment Consultants. You will be working as a part of a friendly and ambitious team, have a high level of attention to detail and possess a positive can-do attitude. Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator desired.

This role is Full Time on a 12month Fixed Term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively build, grow, and maintain high-quality talent pools across key priority disciplines
  • Maintain and update candidate records to ensure all data is accurate, organised, and current
  • Support the recruitment team by screening and shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Represent our employer brand with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm
  • Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking groups

About you 

  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies
  • Proven high-volume recruitment coordinator experience
  • A genuine passion for connecting with people and building long‑term relationships
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple talent pools at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a supportive, high‑performing team
